Overview

Online guided self-inquiry for anyone overwhelmed by holiday stress and family dynamics, find steadiness, tell the truth, and gain practical tools.

Details

The holidays can look festive on the outside and feel heavy on the inside. Family pressure, old triggers, unspoken expectations, and the weight of having to hold it together can build fast. This session gives you space to slow down, breathe, and steady yourself before the chaos takes over.

This free experience is inspired by "The Work" by Byron Katie, with deeper guided reflection to help you face the thoughts driving your stress, guilt, resentment, and emotional exhaustion during the holiday season. You will not be told to stay positive or push through. You will be guided to tell the truth about what is actually weighing on you.

You will begin with a short grounding practice to help your body settle and your mind arrive. You will receive a clear, simple breakdown of the inquiry process and how we will use it. You will then choose one holiday-related thought that feels heavy and explore it using guided prompts from the worksheet linked below.

One to two participants will be supported live in a 1:1 inquiry within the group setting. If no one volunteers, the session will move into a shared group experience so everyone can participate together. While others are being facilitated, you will observe, reflect, and work through your own situation in real time. You will watch real shifts happen as the process unfolds and leave with tools you can return to when pressure and triggers show up again.

This session is for you if:

  • The holidays bring more dread than joy
  • Family dynamics still get under your skin
  • You feel guilty for wanting space
  • You feel torn between who you are now and who you are expected to be
  • You feel worn down by unspoken pressure
  • You are tired of carrying emotional weight into every gathering
  • You want relief before things spiral

No experience is needed. Bring a journal, something to write with, and a quiet place to join from. Bring the truth you rarely get to say out loud.

Do this before the noise starts. Before the gatherings. Before the overwhelm.

Come overwhelmed. Leave steadier. Leave clearer.
