EmpowerHER UK Summer Picnic

Hello EmpowerHER UK Members,

We’d love for you to mark your calendars for Sunday, 3rd August – the perfect time to soak up the sunshine!

Picnic in the Park

Join us from 12 noon in St James’s Park for a relaxed summer picnic, some sunshine and good company. All are welcome, even if you’ve never come to an EmpowerHER event before. The park is just a 10-minute walk from Charing Cross Mainline Station or 2 minutes from St James Park tube.

There will be accessible toilets nearby, and a café in case the British weather doesn’t cooperate. There will be plenty of picnic food and drinks, so all you need to bring is yourself.

Grief Rave on the Southbank
After lunch there is an option to join a few of us who will be heading over to the Southbank Centre Terrace at 14:30 to join a Grief Rave – a unique outdoor, all-ages event where we can dance and connect. No tickets needed – just show up and join in! More info here: Grief Rave | Southbank Centre
