Be Empowered...Be Inspired! Let’s kickoff the summer right with a little Fitness Activity!
As a woman our body goes through a lot of changes. Let’s focus on being a healthy woman, focus on how we feel about ourselves, how to love and embrace our bodies and be confident.
To help us achieve our goals we will have an active fitness and health group session with Mahi Tadesse. She is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer in the DMV area.
She is well known in the DMV area for her result oriented fitness classes, workshops and one on one training techniques.
We will have 30 minutes group session workout and 30 minutes of Q&A on any fitnesss and healthy eating habits questions/concerns. She will give us insights on how to take care of our bodies as a woman.
Come out with a workout gear and let’s have fun!
