Welcome to Empowering Restaurant Owners of Color in South Florida! This group is dedicated to supporting and empowering restaurant owners, managers, chefs, and employees of color in the South Florida area. We focus on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by individuals in the restaurant industry, with a goal of helping each other thrive and succeed in running profitable businesses. Whether you are a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting out, this group is a great place to network, share knowledge, and build a supportive community. Join us if you are a seasoned Entrepreneur, African American, Latino/a business owner or simply passionate about the restaurant industry!
This group meets bi-weekly for in person networking at any member-only restaurant to support each other. Please contact the group organizer if you would like to add your restaurant to the rotation.
We also have bi-weekly online networking events for anyone who does not live in the South Florida area.
