Everything You Wanted to Know about Conversation Design But Were Afraid to Ask

Details
We're beyond delighted to announce that Google's Cathy Pearl will be joining Empowering Women with Tech virtually from California for a presentation on 'Everything You've Always Wanted to Know about Conversation Design But Were Afraid to Ask'
Just what IS conversation design, anyway? What's the difference between a chatbot and a voice assistant? Is designing for a voice-only experience different than designing for a conversation that takes place on a screen? What does it mean if I ask you a question, and you don't reply within one second? Learn the answer to these questions and more as we tackle the complexities of designing conversational experiences, and get a peek into the future of this technology.
