What we’re about
Empowerment Circles are created to bring people together, to connect, to hold space, a safe container to share and experience how others live their human experience.
I hold Womens Circles, mixed gender circles, Bridal and Wedding circles, Teen circles and Baby Blessingways.
What we do;
Collective sharing, art, spoken word, music, movement, voice, meditation, breathing exercises and Reiki in Ceremony... And other nourishing experiences, depending on the Circle and theme.
*Circles are themed and follow a program, we sit on comfy cushions on the floor around a beautiful circular centre piece, hence the name 'circle'.
