DemCare4all Final Conference (24th or 25th of June)

Unlike other typical conferences, this one wil be more interactive giving room for networking and exchanging experiences in the area of aging and dementia.

What is the DemCare4all project about?
The DEMcare4all project started in 2022 with the aim of helping people with dementia, their caregivers and family members in facing dementia challenges.
The developed materials are supposed not only to raise awareness about the disease, but also to educate caregivers and family members on how to interact with a demented person (for example, using games and other activities).

- (15 min) Welcome and participants’ registration
- (15 min) Presentation of the project
- (15 min) Presentation of the project’s 1st outcome: Training Programme about Dementia
- (15 min) Presentation of the project’s 2nd outcome: Educational Programme about Dementia (stories and activities for children)
- (15 min) Presentation of the project’s 3rd outcome: Intergenerational Intervention in Dementia (games)
- (30 min) Experiencing the games and activities developed in the 3rd outcome.
- (15 min) Questions and conference closure

Who is going to attend?
Family caregivers, professional caregivers, caregiving students, family members of people with dementia, elderly people, members of elderly care organizations as well as different stakeholders in the field of caregiving and elderly care.

What is expected from participants?
