Welcome to a sacred space for women 50 and beyond who are ready to move differently, live more consciously, and lead from embodied wisdom.
This group is for women who know there’s more to this chapter of life than simply staying active or busy. Here, we honor the beauty of aging, the power of presence, and the natural intelligence of the body.
Our central offering is Soft Pao Chui—a gentle, flowing movement form rooted in an ancient Chinese feminine medicine and wisdom system. Originally practiced in the Imperial Palace, this complete form has been lovingly adapted for women over 50 to restore vitality, awaken inner presence, and reconnect you with your deeper knowing.
You won’t just move—you’ll learn a living science.
Through each class, you’ll receive direct teachings from the tradition that explain the energetic anatomy of the body, the fascia-organ connection, and how subtle awareness opens the doorway to intuition, inner guidance, and personal transformation.
This isn’t just exploration. You will learn the full form, one step at a time—gaining a new vocabulary of movement, connection, and perception that will serve you for life.
Together, we’ll engage in:
- A complete set of 64 elegant, flowing movement sequences
- Linear and circular movements that express and train both the masculine and feminine within
- Practices that activate the fascia and awaken the intelligence of the organs
- Sisterhood, reflection, and support as we step into embodied leadership—individually and together
