Being Visible for Introverts *Free 2 hour Workshop*

Details
When you tune into your needs, do you often feel the urge to want to express yourself and who you are more to the world?
Perhaps you sometimes struggle with self-doubt which can hold you back from doing the things that matter to you, and yet there is a longing to show up more in the world?
If you feel it's time to do something about it, then this 2 hour workshop may be a good starting point for you.
This workshop is ideal for you, if you:
- Sometimes struggle with self-doubt and yet have a deep sense you would like to express yourself more – whether it’s a hidden talent or to pursue a passion
- You care about being of service and have a desire to show up more in the world and would like to develop your confidence in doing this
- You recognise that staying safe isn’t always the most fulfilling option and you are ready to stretch a little outside of your comfort zone to take action towards the things you really care about
- You perhaps struggled with your self-worth and self-esteem when you were younger and feel ready to step up to your own personal power
What the workshop covers:
My intent is to create a supportive environment for people to feel encouraged in sharing their aspirations. We will work on:
- Identifying the fears that might be holding you back and setting goals to assist you in overcoming your fears
- Developing your self-awareness to access your inner resources
- Facilitating exercises to explore your aspirations in a small group environment
- A short, guided visualisation to help you to bring about more of your inner gifts
- Healing music to help recognise your worth and value
FAQs:
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The easiest way to get there is either by Victoria or Northern line to Stockwell Station. The Stockwell Community Resource Centre is just behind the station - less than a minute walk. You turn left from exiting and should see a Sainsburys, and then left again to see the centre.
The nearest train station is Vauxhall which is a 25 minute walk to the venue.
What can I bring into the event?
You might want to bring your own pen, paper in case you want to write notes, and water to stay hydrated. There is also access to water on the premises.
