  • Move Well to Vitalise by Dr. Sarah Macneil from Chiropractic Central
  • Think Well to Realise by Annlone Dalhoff from Joy Hearts Business Coaching.

Following the 1-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to go deeper into one of the areas in the breakout sessions, where you have a choice of: a nutrition demo, individual spinal & posture checks or a mindset reset session!
