“Stress and Anxiety”
The Modern Day Killer

with Kimberley Campbell-Zeltner

Stress is a normal reaction to competing demands and pressures. The experience of stress can be thought of as a mental
or emotional strain or tension.

When we feel stressed we may feel angry, irritable, overly sensitive and anxious and may have the urge to withdraw. We may experience physical symptoms such as stomach issues, headaches, muscle aches and pains or trouble sleeping.

The danger with stress is that the impacts can develop slowly and then we can crash and be in “Burn Out” before we even know it!
Whilst it may not be possible to control external factors, the way we think, feel and behave can contribute to our stress AND the good news is, we can change it.

Are you experiences any sign of stress?

Come join us and learn new ways to respond to your demands and pressures.

In this Mediation evening, Kimberley will be teaching simple specific techniques to allow your mind to settle, be more centered and grounded within your body, have more clarity and feel more at peace within.

Kimberley has developed her own style of Mediation-Breathing® for Stress and Anxiety, that she will also be sharing with you on this evening.

Looking forward to meeting you all.
