Speaker Bio
Tina Winchester is the Mental Health Director and Co-Founder of the Career Development Centre and Mentally Well Workplaces. Originally from the UK she has 25 years’ experience working in mental health services, training and awareness and private practice. Tina is the Head of Employee Assistance Programs at the Career Development Centre in Brisbane, providing bespoke workplace counselling services to employees of multiple organisations. Tina is also a co-author of Australia’s first Online Mental Health Induction Program which provides comprehensive education and induction to employees across all industries.
Tina holds Principal Master Instructor status with Mental Health First Aid Australia and is accredited to deliver Standard Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health First Aid for Non-Suicidal Self-Injury and Engaging Senior Leaders.
