What we'll do
A group for Social Contact which will include opportunities for (coffee/tea & chat), talking, listening, being heard and light gentle exercise (walking).
Other wellbeing activities that could be explored each month may include eg. gentle yoga, guided meditation, cooking, breath work, mindfulness, tai chi, body scanning, art therapies.
Meets the FIRST Monday each month
Venue: Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria, 292 Canterbury Road, Surrey Hills
Time: 1.30pm – 3.00pm
Cost: FREE (Gold coin donation appreciated)
2019 Dates: 6th May, 3rd June, 1st July, 5th August, 2nd September, 7th October, 4th November and 2nd December.
