7.55 pm-11 pm: Breath Circle
Part 11
11.11 pm-11.50 pm: Slow Movement/ dance (Optional)
11.50pm-midnight: Ceremony and Togetherness ( Circle of Light )
Midnight onward - Welcome to the New Year! Practice Presence, love, smiles, and service - :)

- Bring a notebook, a pen something to write in and with.
- Bring some healthy food, snack, dessert, and drink to share (No meat or Alcohol)
