Where and when is it?

We host Blockmeet every Fourth Saturday of the month. Each city Community hosts their Blockmeet at a suitable time on the Third Saturday of the month.

In a relaxed environment, we drink coffee or tea along with snacks while we delve deeply into the agenda, with the aim of both learning something new and meeting new people.

# New Blockmeet Format

Blockmeet aims to foster collaboration, networking, and cross-learning among Web3 marketers, founders, developers, leaders, and contributors and enthusiasts in every city.
Agenda:
Welcome & Introductions (10 minutes)

  • Start the Blockmeet with a brief introduction about the purpose of the event and how Huddles will work.

Huddle Session 1 (Marketers) (15-20 minutes)

  • Marketers gather in designated areas/tables to discuss current trends, challenges, and strategies in marketing.
  • Appoint a moderator to keep the conversation on track and ensure everyone gets a chance to speak.
  • Encourage participants to share their experiences and best practices.

Huddle Session 2 (Founders) (15-20 minutes)

  • Founders come together to discuss entrepreneurship, funding, scaling, and other relevant topics.
  • Similar to the previous Huddle, appoint a moderator to facilitate the discussion.

Huddle Session 3 (Developers) (15-20 minutes)

  • Developers gather to discuss the latest tech trends, coding practices, and challenges in the industry.
  • The moderator ensures that the conversation remains productive and inclusive.

Huddle Session 4 (Leaders) (15-20 minutes)

  • Leaders (managers, executives, etc.) assemble to discuss leadership insights, team management, and organizational growth.
  • The moderator guides the discussion to ensure valuable takeaways for all participants.

Huddle Session 5 (Contributors) (15-20 minutes)

  • Contributors (freelancers, individual contributors) gather to discuss freelancing tips, project experiences, and skill development.
  • The moderator facilitates an engaging conversation to benefit all attendees.

Refreshments

  • We understand the importance of catering to our participants' needs, and hence, we will provide refreshments during the event to ensure everyone stays energized and refreshed throughout the proceedings.

Wrap-up & Cross-Learning Session (10 minutes)

  • Bring everyone back together in the main area for a quick wrap-up.
  • Invite a representative from each Huddle to share the key takeaways and insights from their discussions.
  • Emphasize the importance of cross-learning and how ideas from one Huddle can be applied in other areas of expertise.

Networking & Open Discussions (20 minutes)

  • After the structured Huddles, allow participants to mingle, network, and engage in informal discussions.
  • Prepare some open-ended questions to kickstart conversations if needed.

Closing Remarks (5 minutes)

  • End the Blockmeet with a thank-you note and encourage attendees to stay connected through professional platforms or future events.
