My-Linh Dang is Founder of Term Sheet Guru, empowering tech Founders to negotiate capital raising Term Sheets with confidence. She is Managing Director of Metis Law NZ, a boutique commercial law firm that specialises in helping NZ businesses expand into the Australian market.

My-Linh is a lawyer and entrepreneur, having created and sold a couple of her own businesses. She was the Founder of tech-fashion company, mylo-dee - the first deep-customisation activewear brand in the world. She sits on the advisory board of high growth technology companies and has been exploring and advising on blockchain technology opportunities within her clients’ businesses since 2016.
