Restorative yoga is a relaxing style of yoga that emphasizes passive stretching and deep relaxation to calm the mind and body. It uses props such as blankets, bolsters, and pillows. I teach restorative yoga sessions tailored to various skill levels and physical abilities. I lead classes incorporating breath control, meditation, and mindful movement.
Teacher Bio:
Chel's Sound Journey was born from a deep passion for holistic health. As someone who has personally experienced the profound effects of sound healing, I felt compelled to share this gift with others as a certified sound healer. I created a serene space dedicated to fostering relaxation and healing. I am an experienced and passionate yoga instructor. Who is registered through the Yoga Alliance. I have 200 hours of training that I received from Yoga Six. I have experience in various yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. I am a certified meditation facilitator. My mission is to merely help guide you on a path to inner peace. Using sound baths as the medium to awaken creativity, increase self-awareness, and improve clarity of the mind. I am here to support you every step of the way, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet your unique needs.
