Stress Relief Breath Work w/Jacqueline
·OnlineOnlineClass Title: Stress Relief Breath Work w/Jacqueline
Class description: In this class, you will do gentle breath-based practices that measurably reduce stress and anxiety levels, reconnect you to your heart and help you feel more in control. First we’ll check what your stress levels are and I’ll talk briefly about how to build resilience. We usually start class by physically shaking off excess energy. Then we’ll dip into a flow of short guided breath work sessions and end with a brief meditation. Before we close, we’ll take another peak at how your stress levels have likely changed.
To really benefit, it’s ideal to be in a quiet environment with no phones or distractions! This work is trauma-sensitive and evidence-based.
Teacher Bio: Jacqueline Delibes is a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, energy healer and healthcare writer for UCI Health, an academic medical center. Some of her clients have already done a lot of work on themselves — therapy, yoga, meditation, personal development — but feel like something is still unexpressed. She helps them access what talking hasn’t reached yet, using the intelligence of the heart, the body, imagination and creative expression.
