Welcome to the Loxahatchee Qigong and Wellness Social group.
This group is dedicated to promoting healthy habits for improvement and stress management.
Chronic stress is one of the deadliest things for your body.
It can lead to multiple health problems if it is not taken under control.
Qigong is gentle, easy routines of movement that supports your physical, mental and emotional health. We start with a taster class of 25 minutes to get you started.
It balances your body in a way most others exercises will not.
Join us to learn these pleasurable practices, and also how to make small changes to your routine that will reduce your stress levels, improve sleep, keep you aware of your triggers, so you get out ahead of them and reduce the impact they have on you.
This will improve how you feel on a daily basis. You will connect with like-minded individuals, and gain support and resources for managing your physical and mental health.
