The above photo, near the children's playground, is the standing meditation (2nd exercise) with 4 different poses to facilitate the energy opening of the entire body. When entering into tranquility it is important to maintain awareness that you're meditating.

The first exercise we do is to open all the meridians or energy pathways giving a feeling of warmth and a strong energy field.

It is good to do the exercises in the fresh air, but don't forget warm clothing and gloves.
