Research has proven the benefits are endless.
That's why South Eastern Community Connect is launching a Mindfulness & Walking group for the community on Tuesday 11th June.
Why not come along and get to know others in your community and clear your head as you walk and reflect?
* Mums and bubs welcome!
The group will consist of a combination of mindfulness and walking. We'll begin with some light stretching and mindfulness techniques before going on a 20-30 minute walk around the neighbourhood. We will return to the Community Hub, and you'll have the opportunity to sit down for a coffee and chat at the end.
