Two sessions-Neuromorphic AI: Brain-Inspired Efficiency & AI Functions MS Fabric

Details
Agenda:
Time: 5.10pm-5.35pm
Title: Neuromorphic AI: Brain-Inspired Efficiency
AI is revolutionizing every aspect of the world, driving innovation and transforming industries. Sustaining this progress requires more efficient and scalable alternatives to traditional deep learning. Neuromorphic AI, inspired by the brain, offers a fundamentally different approach, prioritizing low power consumption, real-time processing, and efficient computation.
This session introduces the key principles of neuromorphic AI, its advantages over traditional deep learning, and its ability to enable low-latency, event-driven processing. The discussion includes an overview of leading neuromorphic hardware processors and the companies pioneering this technology. Additionally, Microsoft's approach to neuromorphic AI and brain-inspired computing will be explored, highlighting its potential for future scalable and energy-efficient AI solutions.
Speaker: Valentina Tiporlini
