TensorFlow.js - Machine Learning for JavaScript Developers
Details
Hello from Symphony! We have some very exciting news to share with you, our Meetups are back! Not only our Meetups are coming back, but they’re also coming back with a fresh concept and in an online form. With this new concept, you will be able to join Symphony Meetup no matter where you're currently located. This is the start of a very exciting chapter for our Meetups, and we hope we'll see your familiar face online as well!
For all our machine learning enthusiasts out there, here is a topic you do not want to miss! We are going to discuss the use of the TensorFlow.js library for JavaScript, a library that enables us to use machine learning in browsers or node environments.
We will go over training a new model, using an existing model, and discuss some awesome use-cases for machine learning for the web in general. In case you’re worried that you might not have enough knowledge about the subject to follow along, we will discuss the basics before getting into the nitty-gritty details. In the end, we will talk about the benefits and consequences of machine learning and if we as developers will be replaced by machines in the future.
During the Meetup, you will have several opportunities to win interesting prizes! Pay attention to our presenter Bojan, and be the fastest to answer our Kahoot quiz questions after his session. You might also be up for the main prize - and for this, you got to have what it takes! Curious? See you on Thursday!
