We are organizing this games night **every Tuesday at 7.00pm, Wild Duck 🦆**, Temple Bar! **🎟️This event is ticketed at the gate.** **With a 10€ ticket you'll get a drink too. You don't need to be a game expert, our games are easy and other attandees will explain you in few minutes if you have never played that game. Do you often think you should journal more and struggle to find a time that feels "right"? Does journaling improve your understanding of yourself and others? Do you feel that sharing can make this understanding even clearer and help you connect with others? Join us for our 1.5 hours impro journaling event. We will have some exercises prepared that will help you to be present to your emotions and thoughts as well as connect with others. Please, notice that everything that is shared during the events is confidential, and that you can share as much as you feel comfortable sharing. We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day. Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace. Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace. If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk. There will be time for coffee/cake, toilets etc. We start and finish at a Luas stop on the Green Line. If you live in south Dublin along the Green Line, you are welcome to message me the day before this event to ask me which Luas stop we are going to and you can join us there instead of having to come to the cory centre. Though you are welcome to join the group at the start at Pret beside Harcourt if you prefer.
