**Insight Circling ✨**
What if **being with others** could become a path to **deeper connection**, **clarity**, and **inner knowing**?
**Insight Circling** is a **relational mindfulness practice** in the form of a conversation. It is an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself and others, and to explore what happens in the present moment as we relate together.
We practice noticing, without judgement, what is happening **within us and between us** right now.
This may include observing:

I have practiced meditation for over **20 years**, and spent **5 years** living and helping facilitate a retreat centre on a tiny island in Scotland, established by a Tibetan Buddhist monastery — one of the pioneers of mindfulness in the UK.

This isn't about telling you to sleep more and drink less coffee. It's about understanding the real mechanics of stress — so that when you feel it building, you know what's happening, and you actually have somewhere to go with it.

**1\. Stress isn't the enemy — your relationship with it is** Learn to distinguish between productive stress that sharpens your focus and toxic stress that quietly depletes you. The difference isn't always the situation — it's the meaning you assign to it.
**2\. You have more control over your stress response than you think** Cognitive appraisal — how you interpret a situation — is one of the most powerful levers you have. We'll look at practical ways to shift your internal narrative before the stress response takes hold.
**3\. Burnout is a psychological signal\, not a personal failure** Understanding *why* some people are more vulnerable to burnout changes the conversation entirely. It's not about weakness or laziness — it's about patterns, history, and what we've learned to believe about our own worth under pressure.
**4\. Emotional regulation is a skill\, and most of us were never taught it** There's a big difference between suppressing how you feel and actually processing it. We'll explore regulation strategies that build genuine resilience — not just the appearance of coping.
**5\. Recovery is an active process** Rest alone doesn't reverse burnout. We'll look at what psychological recovery actually requires, and how to build it into real life — not just in theory.

Dr. Joaquim T. Limonero is Professor of Psychology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and coordinator of the Research Group on Stress and Health (GIES). His work focuses on stress, anxiety, emotional wellbeing and health psychology, and he is President of the Spanish Society for the Study of Anxiety and Stress (SEAS). He also serves as editor-in-chief of the scientific journal *Ansiedad y Estrés*.

Using a walk through the streets of Barcelona as practice, I will guide you in a mindfulness meditation which will help you get out of your head, bringing attention to your senses and the felt sensations in the body, stepping into deeper awareness of yourself, making your experience of the city even more magical and vibrant.
We will begin our time together in the hidden oasis of carrer d’Allada Vermell, in the barrio of El Born, with an initial guided meditation. From this point of connection to yourself, anchored in the present, will we continue the practice walking through El Born with its winding streets and surprises around every corner.
On our magical tour of sensorial delights, lasting approximately 2 hours, we will take in such places as the Palau de la Musica, Casa Perris, Funky Baker, Santa Maria del Mar and Santa Caterina Market, ending up at a nearby square for a chat about your experience.

Uncorking the Unconscious: An Evening of Writing out of the Glass and Into the Self
Join us for a creative mix of wine, Jung and journaling. Let your tastebuds lead you into memories, explore your connections with your unconscious, and learn from your inner wisdom.
This workshop mixes a guided wine tasting with guided journaling: designed to help you into a new place in yourself, while at the same time enjoy the sensorial experience of selected wines.
We will be using a series of prompts and imagery to take you into a journaling experience that will leave you with a clearer idea of who you are, what you have learnt on the way here, and what you can do going forwards to make positive change.
The journaling session is based on the works of Carl Jung and Ira Progoff, mixed with the experience of Shadow Journaling founder Oliver Mann. He’s the co-founder of the Barcelona Journaling Festival, Certified Journal to the Self Instructor, and a council member of the International Association for Journal Writing.
The workshop is open for anyone, regardless of writing experience, or wine drinking experience. Bring a pen, paper and an open mind!

GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
