A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play.
This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way.
Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions.

This group is about presence, authenticity, connection, aliveness and revealing the truth of the present moment.
* Meeting meaningfully yourself and others in and trough the present moment -
☀️ This practice invites us for :
-Slowing down.
-Listening and landing.
-Tuning into the present moment and the unique experience of it.
\- Becoming aware and noticing how something "speaks" to you trough the unfoldment of the present moment\, within and in environment\.
\- Revealing something meaningful for you from your felt sense and present moment experience to other/s\.

\- Trusting your experience\.

Muchas personas intentan avanzar acumulando más: más herramientas, más información, más intención de cambio.
Pero sin soltar, no hay espacio real para nada nuevo.
En este encuentro trabajaremos el proceso de vaciar desde un enfoque práctico, entendiendo por qué cuesta tanto soltar y cómo hacerlo sin entrar en lucha interna.
Durante la sesión abordaremos:
– Por qué te aferras a lo que ya no necesitas
– La diferencia entre soltar desde la mente y soltar desde la experiencia.
– Qué emociones quedan retenidas y cómo influyen en tu presente.
– Cómo dejar de reabrir internamente lo que ya ocurrió.
– Qué significa realmente “cerrar” una etapa.
Este encuentro es para personas que sienten que hay algo que aún pesa, que repiten bucles internos o que, aunque quieren avanzar, notan que algo del pasado sigue presente.
No se trata de olvidar ni de forzarte a soltar.
Se trata de dejar de sostener lo que ya no tiene sentido seguir cargando.
Porque muchas veces, lo que buscas no es añadir más.
Es liberar espacio para que algo diferente pueda aparecer.

People often say they want balance. The meaning is clear, but the word itself seems to imply an ongoing movement — balancing. You find a point of balance, and at any moment it can shift; you may lean to one side or the other. This is natural, it happens often in life, and yet there is still a desire to feel an inner support.
This is what I’d like to explore now — to look for what can become a base, a foundation for a state of calm and stability. A place you can return to even after moving out of balance, where there is a sense of ease and steadiness.
This theme will be the background of the practice, but we will look for answers on the level of sensations, and they may be different for each person.

Часто люди говорят, что хочется баланса. Смысл понятен, но как будто в этом слове есть незаконченное движение - баллансировать. Ты нашел точку баланса и в любой момент это может поменяться, ты отклонишься в одну или другую сторону. Это нормально, так в жизни происходит достаточно часто, и все же хочется чтобы было ощущение внутренней опоры. В это хочется сейчас пойти, поискать что будет базой, фундаментом для состояния, в котором спокойно и устойчиво. В котором можно позволять себе выходить из балланса и снова возвращаться туда, где есть ощущение покоя и стабильности.
Эта тема будет фоном для этой практики, но ответы мы будем искать на уровне ощущений, у каждого они могут быть свои.

Uncorking the Unconscious: An Evening of Writing out of the Glass and Into the Self
Join us for a creative mix of wine, Jung and journaling. Let your tastebuds lead you into memories, explore your connections with your unconscious, and learn from your inner wisdom.
This workshop mixes a guided wine tasting with guided journaling: designed to help you into a new place in yourself, while at the same time enjoy the sensorial experience of selected wines.
We will be using a series of prompts and imagery to take you into a journaling experience that will leave you with a clearer idea of who you are, what you have learnt on the way here, and what you can do going forwards to make positive change.
The journaling session is based on the works of Carl Jung and Ira Progoff, mixed with the experience of Shadow Journaling founder Oliver Mann. He’s the co-founder of the Barcelona Journaling Festival, Certified Journal to the Self Instructor, and a council member of the International Association for Journal Writing.
The workshop is open for anyone, regardless of writing experience, or wine drinking experience. Bring a pen, paper and an open mind!

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
