**Join Me For A Royal Winter Day Hike escape from London.** I first visited Windsor shortly after Prince Philip passed away - and something about the town stayed with me. The quiet grace of the castle, the endless tree-lined avenues, the open deer park breathing around you… it was magical. I’ve been returning ever since, and every time, it feels like stepping into a story. So this December, I’m inviting you to come walk it with me. We’ll cross the royal grounds, wander along Virginia Water Lake, move through ancient oaks and open parkland — and finish with *that* breathtaking view of Windsor Castle rising ahead like a scene from a film. And who knows… if luck is on our side, we might even spot Prince Philip’s famous black carriage horses training along The Long Walk. A moment only seen by those who happen to be there — at the right time, in the right season. 🐎 Bonus: if people still have energy at the end, we can also cross the bridge to Eton, the town that shaped some of Britain’s most powerful figures — and home to its most famous private school. We will hike approx 4 miles looping through the gardens, boardwalk trail and chipmunk trail.

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
