Weekly Sunday Group Session for women - Walk Talk and Tap
It’s time to don your Lycra and lace up your sneakers. Join this very supportive group of women and explore areas of your life that might be creating stress, angst or blockages that you want to work through, so you can live a happier and more fulfilled life.

This safe and confidential environment will enable you to not only exercise in the fresh air, which helps to reduce and manage stress and anxiety, but will allow you to share your story, challenges and listen to others whilst utilising a range of therapeutic techniques, including EFT(Emotional Freedom Techniques)/tapping, to work through issues and barriers.

If you don’t feel like talking, you’ll still benefit from listening to others and tapping along—and getting outside and moving always does good things for one’s mindset.
