The power of moving the body, combining it with a stress management tool - what a way to start your day?
All you need is yourself, an openness to combining exercise with talk therapy and tapping/EFT, which is a powerful tool used to work through emotional blockages that could be impacting your life. This could be showing up through self-sabotaging behaviour, or other negative behaviour patterns and thought processes.
We can explore this and make some serious change to your life.
We meet at Lake Monger (meeting on the grassed area at the car park off Powis Street).
We start by doing a 30-45 min walk, talk about any challenges, issues or struggles and then we stop and use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) / tapping to explore the challenges, issues and struggles further.
This is a confidential and very supportive environment where there is no judgement, just care, listening, support and love shown.
