We're thrilled to announce that Sean ParentDmitry Vyukov will be speaking at the October C++ meetup!
Sean is widely recognized for his profound insights and influential talks on writing clean, efficient, and robust C++ code. As a Senior Principal Scientist and Software Architect at Adobe, Sean has played a pivotal role in the development of iconic software like Photoshop and Lightroom. Sean's presentations, such as his renowned "C++ Seasoning," are always highly anticipated, offering invaluable practical advice and fresh perspectives that challenge and inspire developers. We're incredibly excited to host him and learn directly from one of the industry's most respected voices.
Dmitry Vyukov works as a programmer at Google. He works on dynamic testing tools for C/C++ and Go — Address/Memory/ThreadSanitizer, and on similar tools for Linux kernel. He is also interested in randomized testing/fuzzing, wrote syzkaller (system call fuzzer), go-fuzz (fuzzing system for Go) and GoSmith (random program generator). Active contributor to Go language, implemented scalable goroutine scheduler, network poller and parallel garbage collector. Dmitry is an expert in multithreading, concurrency and synchronization, author of a dozen of novel lock-free algorithms, holds Intel BlackBelt title.
