Q&A with Modular Farms; Director James Pateras

Details
Canadian startup Modular Farms is a vertical farming and agtech powerhouse. Their mission: to improve food sovereignty and accessibility of fresh greens for communities, globally.
The portable container farm is designed to grow lettuces, leafy greens and herbs all year round in even the harshest or most remote environments, capable of industry leading harvest yields.
Modular Farms are an entirely closed loop system, that recycles water vapour, purifies its own air and also contains a seedling station for propagation.
Founded in Toronto in 2015 by co-founders Eric Amyot and Eric Bergeron. Director, James Pateras has led the companies expansion to Australia - launching a demonstration farm at Brisbane's iconic Eat Street North.
