A Story Jam is an open-mic night strictly for storytelling. Throw your name into the hat, and if selected, you'll have the spotlight to captivate us with your story. The perfect low stakes place to practice you Storytelling and public speaking skills!
Whether you're a seasoned storyteller or a first-time speaker, we invite you to share your true, personal tales of change, commitment, and new beginnings.
The theme for this night will be: Breaking The Rules
To ensure a dynamic and engaging experience for all, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- It must be your story to tell (personally experienced)
- Your story must be true
- Keep your story within a 5-minute timeframe.
- Align your narrative with the theme "Breaking The Rules"
- Incorporate stakes to highlight the significance of your journey.
- Deliver your story without reading or reciting (no notes)
