This 4-week workshop is a powerful introduction to ancestral work—an essential practice for healing, guidance, and spiritual connection. Whether you feel deeply rooted in your lineage or estranged from your heritage, this class will meet you where you are. Because no matter the distance, culture, or history, we all have ancestors—and many of us carry their unhealed stories in our bodies and spirits.
Together, we’ll explore the foundations of ancestor work: what it means to venerate the dead, how to build and tend an ancestral altar, how to create simple yet potent rituals, and how to cultivate authentic, ongoing relationships with those who came before you. You’ll learn to listen for their guidance, honor their wisdom, and participate in the generational healing that becomes possible through this work.
October marks the thinning of the veil—the sacred turning of the year when the spirit world draws near. It is a potent time to begin or deepen your ancestral journey. This class will give you the tools, context, and support to do just that.
Drop-ins are welcome, but highly encouraged to attend all classes as it's a step guide system!
