The ocean has long symbolized renewal, emotional cleansing, and deep peace. Its rhythm mirrors our breath, its tides reflect our emotional cycles, and its vastness reminds us that we are part of something greater. Today, we connect with ocean energy as a source of calm, balance, and gentle healing.
Just as the tides rise and fall, we too move through waves of experience. In this circle, we allow the symbolic energy of the ocean to wash over us, releasing what no longer serves and restoring inner harmony.

• Light introduction
• Set intentions
• Short guided breathing meditation

Purpose: Calm nervous system & unify group energy.

| Energy Basics Teaching

• How energy flows in the body
• Common sensations (heat, tingling, emotion release)
• Importance of consent & grounding

| Self-Healing Practice

• Guide participants to place hands on:
• Heart
• Solar plexus
• Head
• Silent music playing
• Encourage journaling any sensations afterward

Purpose: Empower them to work on themselves first.

| Group Healing Exchange

• One volunteer sits in center
• Group sends healing energy collectively (5–7 minutes each rotation)

| Integration & Reflection

• Ask:
• What did you feel physically?
• What emotions surfaced?
• Any intuitive insights?
