Create a Judgment-Free Zone
There are no “wrong” questions, interpretations, or experiences. Encourage curiosity and exploration without fear of criticism.
Be Open-Minded
Embrace the diverse perspectives, techniques, and beliefs that others bring to the group. Differences can spark valuable insights.
No one is obligated to share or participate in activities if they don’t feel comfortable. Respect personal boundaries.
Be Present and Attentive
Give your full attention to the group. Avoid distractions like phones, side conversations, or multitasking during sessions.
Support, Don’t Fix
Offer support and encouragement rather than unsolicited advice or attempts to “fix” someone’s situation.
Honor the Space
Arrive on time, and help maintain a calm, focused atmosphere.
Practice Energy Boundaries
Be mindful of your own energy and that of others. Avoid overwhelming the group with overly dominant or intense energy.
When giving feedback, frame it in a positive and constructive way. Aim to uplift rather than critique.
Stay Curious and Open to Growth
Embrace a mindset of learning and self-discovery. Be willing to step out of your comfort zone and try new things.

Maintain a sense of humor and lightheartedness.
