🌀✨ Experience Qigong Meditation — Online & Free! ✨🌀
Join us for an introduction to Qigong meditation designed to support you wherever you are on your journey.
We’ll start with a short standing or lying down practice to prepare the body, followed by a seated meditation. This is an energetic approach — using breath, posture, movement, and imagery to evoke deep states of awareness and presence.
🧘♀️ All are welcome — whether you’re brand new or an experienced practitioner.
⏰ When: 930 am on Tuesday July 29th. The class will be 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes optional reflection & sharing
