Update on retail sale ban: strategizing and going forward

Let's meet to discuss the LTE's that some members have drafted and submitted. We also need to check in on the statistics for the local region and talk about what kind of leave-behind to come up with when we meet with a Council member. We can discuss the possibility of doing demonstrations or leafletting as well, of course only if the weather starts to get a bit less frigid!
