Dance Workshop(Steps+Formations)

【ワークショップについて】
ケイリーダンスは簡単なステップや動きが多く誰でも踊れるダンスですが、基本のステップやフォーメーションに慣れることで、より軽やかに楽しく踊ることができます。
また、基本のステップやフォーメーションに慣れてしまえば、ケイリーダンスだけではなく、より多くのレパートリーを持つスコティッシュ・カントリー・ダンスも踊ることができます。

このワークショップでは、基本のステップやフォーメーションを基礎からゆっくり繰り返し練習し、練習したステップ・フォーメーションを使ったダンスを最後に踊る予定です。
通常のケイリーとは異なる内容での開催ですが、ステップ・フォーメーション練習も「皆で楽しく」を大切に、ゆっくり丁寧に練習します。

ダンス経験は必要ありません。（むしろ初心者大歓迎です！）
基礎的なステップ・フォーメーションを知りたい人も、さらに美しく軽やかに踊れるようになりたい人にもおすすめのワークショップです。

時間：13:00〜15:45 (16時完全撤収)
場所：Zehitomo内 Studio ,
新有楽町ビル５階
参加費：1,000円

＊人数把握のため、お友達も一緒にご参加の場合には、人数とお名前を事前にお知らせください。

持ち物：
●土足厳禁のため室内用シューズ
●ペットボトルやマイボトルでの水・ソフトドリンク
ダンスシューズを購入する必要はありませんが、バレエシューズや運動靴のようなフラットな靴がオススメです。

【Dance Workshop】
Although Ceilidh dancing is so easy and simple that everyone can dance, it's much easier, more fun and you feel greater satisfaction if you are familiar with basic steps and formations.
And once you get familiar with them, you can dance not only Ceilidh Dances but also Scottish Country Dances which has wider range of Scottish Traditional Dances.

In this session, we will focus on some steps and formations and practice them repeatedly, and dance 1 or 2 dances with these steps/formations at the end of the session, rather than dancing many different dances. This session is quite different from our regular Ceilidh, yet we will have “fun” together which is the most important to us!

If you are passionate learning and improving basic steps and formations for Ceilidh or Scottish Country Dance, this class is for you!
*No dance experience needed. Let’s practice together and have fun!

*Please note that our new venue is in the coworking office space “Zehitomo” and you need to change your shoes into “indoor shoes” at the studio.
You don’t need to buy Ceilidh dancing shoes. Any flat soft shoes or trainers are highly recommended!
