Everything in the Universe has a vibrational frequency from sound, to cells and all living organisms. That includes our physical bodies. When you are not feeling well your body's vibration is lower which means your immune system is weaker. Disharmony or imbalances from low vibrations show themselves in many ways such as illness, fatigue, and other diseases. When your body is healthy you vibrate at a higher frequency as this is reflected through the vibrations of individual cells and organs.

Foods have vibration frequencies as well. Each food reacts differently within different people. One person's healthy vitamin can be another person's poison. If the vibration of certain foods, vitamins or supplements do not harmonize with the vibrational rate or frequency of your body, you will not absorb and metabolize those nutrients.
