Good day everyone!
As I'm close to the end of my certification program as a Transformational Breathwork coach I'm gonna offer here a series of thematic breathing practices for your review or/and donations if you would like so.
This session is gonna be first and was specifically generated for people who going through the tough time in their lives: stress, anxiety, overwhelmed, lack of focus etc. If any of this has received an emotional response within you, I'll love to see you on this practice.
My intention for this session is helping you to achieve the hardest asana of live – “Let go”. We will letting go here all of these exhausting states and bringing in our lives states of harmony.
You will need for this session any flat surface, pillow, blanket, eye mask if you want.
Here some contraindications for the transformational breath work (if you have something of following, please don’t do this practice. Tell to your doctor before practicing breath work, take care about yourself and stay safe):

  • Cardiac Arrhythmia - basically an irregular heart beat
  • fast heart rate (over 100 at rest)
  • High Blood Pressure (140 over 90 and higher)
  • Recent Heart Attack (recent would be within the last 5 years)
  • chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • Basically any lung related illness where there’s restricted air flow to the lungs – such as Asthma, lung cancer, or cystic fibrosis
  • Pregnansy - women who are pregnant could be triggered into early labor
  • Heavy duty medication (strong Pain Killers (like Opioids), anti psychotic medications, any medication that’s sensitive to radical changes in O2 or CO2 levels);
  • SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS (Schizophrenia);
  • Anxiety and depression are ok, BUT if you’re with chronic anxiety you need to know into the session your anxiety may be triggered in the process; If you have bad anxiety or in an ultra depressed state
    just tell to your doctor before practice);
  • Aneurisms or seizuresт (especially if they have Epilepsy);
  • OSTEOPOROSIS.

So as this breath-work a part of my certification program I'm gonna record this practice and use this recording for my report for YogiLab LLC. If you come to this breathing practice, you automatically agree to the session being recorded and used by me for a certification report. Also you can keep your camera off.
