Energy Assessment: First session will be about diagnosing which energy center we need to work on.

Unblocking Energy: Using an array of breath work, chakras healing, pranayamas and mudras, the stuck energies will be released to get into that flow state.

Focusing on flow of energy: As you will feel that energy release along with it we will start on techniques to replenish the auric field and building up vital life force.

Manifestation Mastery: Once you attain that flow state, it will be the right time to use this energy to manifest the desired life you always wanted.
(this is not a fixed program and can be customized as every soul is at different stage on their journey)

Requirements: Yoga mat, sheet to cover, water bottle, comfortable clothing, most important wear an intention to relax and enjoy.
