During this program, you will spend eight weeks exploring principles and practices related to each step. The course gives you access to the following:

1. Daily video lesson.
2. Activities to integrate learning from each lesson.
3. Weekly community calls to ask questions, share, and receive guidance from Dr. K Narayan. The calls are held on Sundays at 8 am Pacific time.
4. Channeled meditation to transform your Samskaras (deep energetic programs).
5. Our community for fellowship.
