Energy Healing & Gong Sound Baths

Details

This is a 1 hour group Energy healing session where you will meditate on non-ego self love and at intervals be immersed in gong sound vibrations.

There will be up to 14 places available and a yoga mat is essential for your comfort. You may also wish to bring a pillow and blanket for your comfort. I have a small supply of yoga mats and can hopefully provide a mat for those that don't have one.
