Empowering Hope towards Positive Evolution by Remembering Compassion, Peace, Unity and Resilience during Times of Great Change facilitated by Brian
As an evolving individual and society, it is essential that we learn, grow, and change. Relearning and learning new ways and means of beingness that best represents a symbolic relationship with ourselves, others and our environment is paramount. Remaining equanimous is a key attribute for continued successful positive growth.
Vipassana (insight) meditation holds great potential to offer a foundational technique to experience the realities of Dharma as we continue to learn, grow and change together. Each of us is fully responsible for how we respond to our changing environments. High hope is maintained that by joining together and focusing our efforts we may become a positive, balanced, and grounded force of good for ourselves and our communities.
Our first 20 mins together will be spent on a Vipassana (insight) style meditation where we may listen to guidance. Next we will open up for questions or conversations related to topics of our direct experiences.
