What we’re about
Welcome to Energy Healing in Barcelona – Kundalini.
This group is a space for people interested in energy healing, embodied presence and conscious connection through the body. Our gatherings are based on Kundalini Energy Activation, a body-based experience that supports deep relaxation, energetic release and greater awareness.
No previous experience is needed. You don’t need to meditate, visualize or “do” anything in particular. The process is natural and guided by the body’s own intelligence.
This group is open to:
- People living in Barcelona or nearby
- Expats and international residents
- Anyone curious about energy work beyond traditional mindfulness or yoga
Sessions may include:
- Group Kundalini Energy Activation experiences
- Conscious body practices
- Spaces for grounding, integration and presence
