I’m Elizabeth, a divine channel and space holder for expanded frequencies of love and healing light.

For over 20 years, I’ve supported individuals and groups in cultivating inner harmony, healing deep wounds, and reconnecting with their soul’s essence. My work is rooted in lived experience, devotion to healing, and a deep trust in the intelligence of energy.

Sunday evenings have long been a sacred pause in this community — a time to soften, receive, and return home to yourself. This gathering is a continuation of that rhythm.

This is a live group healing and activation, guided and held within a calm, grounded field of presence. I channel and hold space for healing and activation transmissions that support restoration, embodiment, empowerment, and expanded awareness.

Transformation happens in stillness — in surrender, allowing, compassion, and shared presence.

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are.
