Energy Healing is a therapeutic modality that allows physical and psychological health to be restored by bringing about a balanced and dynamic flow of energy through our auras. Psycho-Energetics concerns itself with the interplay between energy work and psychology. It is not uncommon that we may keep stumbling on the same problem over and over again in our personal lives and we may have even done therapy work to overcome this, but for some reason, our personal psychology is such that we seem unable to bring ourselves out of this. It is precisely here where energy work can be an invaluable tool allowing us to transcend our habitual psychological patterns. By working directly with our energies in various states of consciousness, we can bring into our lives new and healthier ways of being in the world!

Ersilia is an integrative therapy practitioner & educator with a background in humanities & a passion for evolution.
Her expertise lies in marrying up the latest science with the most useful energy medicine techniques based on her 15 years of successful holistic therapy practice, to deliver transformational experiences.
She practises Alchemy Energetics Shamanic Spiritual Healing and teaches Reiki, Pleiades Healing, Moon Magic, Mexica Healing, Lucid Dreaming, and Core Shamanism. Dream planting with archetypes is one of her favourite psycho-energetic practices and methods of manifestation.
She is currently dedicated to holding sacred space and facilitating real change and safe passage for her clients and students through teaching and practice.
Her classes and 1:1 sessions are notoriously "heal as you learn, learn as you heal".

Many Reiki lineages include the Chakras as part of Reiki practice. However, there is no mention of the chakras in the teachings of Mikao Usui, the originator of Usui Reiki Ryoho. He mentioned the Three Tanden, the human energy centres familiar in the Japanese energy healing tradition.
In this class, we will cover:
- A brief intro to Reiki Practice in the original Japanese lineage
- The true origin of the Chakra System
- The origin of and an explanation of the Tanden System
- Reiki practices working with the Three Tanden, also called the Three Diamonds.
There will be time to share your personal experiences & thoughts on the topics covered at the end.
- This class is open to all, but particularly beneficial to Reiki practitioners at all levels from all lineages, as well as other therapists, energy & spiritual healers interested in learning about Japanese Reiki Practice and experiencing the energy
- 2CPD points for Reiki Qualified practitioners on request.
- Slides/class handouts and recordings will be available straight after the class.
