I’m running an Energy Healing Clinic every Thursday at St. Mary’s College, Emmet Place — and you’re very welcome to drop in for a gentle boost of calm and balance.

…this relaxing 20-minute session is a lovely way to unwind and feel centred again.

No appointment needed — just pop in!

Locals from Youghal and the surrounding areas are all welcome.
