Energy Meditation Circle is a welcoming community for people interested in meditation, gentle energy practices, breathwork, and mind-body awareness—all offered in a grounded, approachable way.

After a quiet period, this group is being gently re-awakened. Our intention is simple: to create space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and practice together in a supportive, in-person setting.

What we explore

  • Energy-based meditation for stress relief and emotional balance
  • Gentle movement practices such as Qigong and mindful stretching
  • Breathwork and relaxation techniques
  • Occasional sound, reflection, or seasonal community gatherings

Where we meet
Most gatherings are held in person in Magnolia, TX, hosted by Body & Brain – Magnolia, a local mind-body wellness studio. Some special events may be offered at other nearby locations or formats and will be clearly noted.

Who this group is for

  • Beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome
  • No special flexibility, fitness level, or prior knowledge required
  • Come once, drop in occasionally, or attend regularly—there’s no pressure to commit
