Join us for a calm and welcoming Sunday afternoon meditation designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and gently reset for the week ahead.
This guided session includes simple breathwork, gentle body awareness, and an easy-to-follow meditation that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and clarity. No experience is needed — this is a comfortable and supportive space for both beginners and those with an existing practice.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
This small-group gathering is intentionally limited in size so everyone can feel at ease and supported.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Gentle guided meditation and breathwork

WHAT TO BRING
• Comfortable clothing (you’ll remain seated or lying down)
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat if you prefer (we also have some available)
